After going to the big carpet stores and flooring stores it seems they all sell expensive wood and planking styles that I didn’t like; and no sheet Vynal. So I decided to look on line for a company local to me in Massapequa instead of driving all over. I saw PG Flooring which showed his house on the GPS but no store or showroom. I was doubtful. But I called. He said he would come right over it was A holiday. I didn’t quite want that yet. So… So instead he suggested he could send me links on line to my cell phone. He was so patient texting me the product links so that I could look at all the styles and what colors and types I preferred. He was very calm. No pressure. He even waited for me to learn how to see the samples on line by taking a picture of my room to see each choice right on my cell phone! It worked. After all I’m 72 and tense about technology but he was so calm and patient, gave me all the time I needed to look at all I needed to decide. In an extra care step, Two days after he dropped off actual samples to help decide before we ordered so we are sure. Gregory is the actual owner and installer, he is PG Flooring . We felt his honest desire to help us make the right choice right away. He could install very soon so we Were able to set the day we needed. He did a wonderful job. So very careful moving a new refrigerator and stove with his helper. He’s very experienced and careful and kind , dedicated to do a good job. My husband and I totally recommend him. Dennis and Ann K

I had Greg from P&G Flooring LLC come and bring me samples for two rooms I wanted to re-do. He was great to work with and did a wonderful job. Greg was personable, professional and was dependable. I love my floors. I have another project and will be calling Greg again to help me with this next project. Would definitely recommend this company. We were looking to get the work done within the next week so they offered to come out the next day (Sunday). They arrived Sunday morning as promised, listened carefully to what we wanted done, made some good suggestions, then went right to work. By 1:00 pm they were done and the floor looked great. The edges were smooth and even against the tub and the grout lines were consistent and straight. An excellent experience all the way around, and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again with our future.
